Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Verden Showcase handles personal information in connection with our website, communications, and online entertainment and digital content services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide when you contact us, request a proposal, purchase a service, or collaborate on a project. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing information, project requirements, correspondence, and materials you submit.

Depending on the website features and tools in use, technical information may also be collected, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and interactions with the website. Payment information is handled by the payment providers used for your transaction. Please do not send payment card details by email.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide and deliver services, manage projects, process transactions, offer support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Where required, promotional communications are sent with your consent, and you may unsubscribe from them.

3. Project materials

Project materials may contain personal information, images, recordings, or information about other people. Only submit materials that you are authorized to share. Any permission to publish identifiable project materials or use them in a portfolio should be addressed in the applicable project agreement.

4. Sharing information

Information may be shared with service providers who support hosting, payments, communications, file storage, and production, to the extent needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality and, where enabled, analytics or marketing. Where applicable law requires consent, non-essential technologies should operate according to your consent choices. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may apply.

8. Children and international processing

Our services are intended for customers legally able to enter into a service agreement. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us. Service providers may process information outside your location, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

9. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. Contact Verden Showcase with questions about this policy or the handling of your information.

Terms of Service

These Terms describe the general conditions for using the website and purchasing online entertainment and digital production services from Verden Showcase. Please review them before placing an order.

1. Our services

Our services include digital entertainment content, short-form entertainment videos, online show production, interactive digital content, social entertainment content packages, creator content production, digital storytelling projects, branded entertainment content, virtual entertainment experiences, entertainment video series, micro-series content production, audience engagement content, entertainment concept development, cross-platform content packages, and monthly entertainment content.

2. Project agreement

Deliverables, schedules, revision allowances, technical specifications, payment arrangements, and any recurring service terms must be set out in the applicable proposal, order, or written project agreement. Project-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict, subject to applicable law.

3. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, a clear project brief, necessary materials, and timely feedback and approvals. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content, trademarks, music, images, recordings, or personal information you provide. Delays in receiving required materials or approvals may affect delivery.

4. Scope, revisions, and delivery

Work is performed according to the agreed scope. Additional concepts, revisions, formats, or production requests outside that scope require a separate agreement. Delivery dates and dependencies should be confirmed in writing. Digital deliverables are supplied through the agreed online delivery method.

5. Payments and recurring services

Payment timing and any production milestones are defined in your order or agreement. Any recurring service must state its billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedure before you agree to it. These Terms alone do not authorize recurring charges.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership, licensing, permitted uses, and any transfer of rights in final deliverables must be specified in the project agreement. Providing a deliverable does not by itself transfer ownership of third-party materials, production tools, templates, or pre-existing intellectual property. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activities. We may decline or suspend work involving such activities, subject to applicable law and any obligations concerning payments or refunds.

8. Creative results and external platforms

Creative work involves subjective preferences. We do not guarantee specific audience numbers, engagement, virality, revenue, or acceptance by third-party platforms unless an express written commitment states otherwise. External platform rules and availability are outside our control.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, your project agreement, and applicable law. Contact us promptly if you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the project agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes and disputes

Changes to an active project's scope or conditions should be agreed in writing. Updates to these general Terms do not automatically alter an existing agreement. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern fairly and promptly.

Refund Policy

Verden Showcase provides online entertainment services and custom digital production. This policy explains how we assess cancellation and refund requests. Any applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Requesting a cancellation

Contact support@verdenshowcase.com as soon as you wish to cancel. Include your name, order or project reference, and the reason for your request. We will review the production status and the terms agreed for your project.

2. Before production begins

If work has not started, we will assess a refund of amounts paid. Any proposed deduction for committed project expenses must be supported by the applicable agreement and permitted by law.

3. After production begins

Where a project is cancelled after work has started, any refund is assessed with regard to work already performed, deliverables supplied, and authorized non-recoverable project expenses. We will explain the basis of the assessment. Payments are not automatically non-refundable solely because a service is digital.

4. Deliverables that do not meet the agreement

If a deliverable is incomplete, inaccessible, or materially inconsistent with the agreed specifications, contact us with a description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include correction, replacement, further performance, or a partial or full refund.

5. Changes in creative preference

A change in preference after work has been produced does not by itself establish that the service was defective. We will review your concern against the approved brief and agreed revision allowance. Additional creative directions may require a new scope of work.

6. Monthly and recurring services

Cancellation timing, renewal conditions, and treatment of the current service period must be disclosed in the recurring service agreement. Contact us to request cancellation and confirmation of the effective date. Any refund for undelivered services is assessed according to that agreement and applicable law.

7. Refund processing

When a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and submit it through the original payment method where available. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. We do not guarantee a bank processing date.

8. Consumer rights

Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, and remedy rights may apply depending on your location and the service purchased. Any legally required consent to begin work during a withdrawal period, or acknowledgment affecting withdrawal rights, must be obtained separately where required. This policy does not replace that consent.
